Generative AI
G360 has a comprehensive set of offerings to help our clients implement Generative AI with confidence.
Some clients want to start with a broad understanding of all the elements of a successful Generative AI (Gen AI) program. For these organizations, we start with a Gen AI Imagining Workshop, where we explain the various tasks involved, suggest and review promising Gen AI applications, help select the best Gen AI platform and pick the best initial application as a pilot. Learn more about our Gen AI Imagining Workshop.
Many clients are already familiar with Gen AI and may have selected a Gen AI platform. G360 can help clients implement the chosen platform. Though we support multiple Gen AI platforms, one option is Microsoft Copilot. Our Copilot implementation service is described here.
Through our Data Engineering and Analytics Practice, G360 supports the critical task of organizing our clients’ data sources to support a broad range of Gen AI applications. Learn more here.
For those clients who have already selected a potential Gen AI Pilot application, G360 can make this a reality. We start with an assessment of the target application, validate its benefits, and develop the application and move it into production. During this process, we work closely with our client, providing knowledge transfer both for users and technical staff to ensure a smooth experience and to application maintainability. Learn more about our Gen AI Pilot offering.
For clients wishing ongoing support for their Gen AI platform, data and applications, as well as adding new Gen AI applications over time, G360 provides a range of Managed Services. Learn more about our managed services offerings.
Gen AI Imagining Workshop
The goal of the Gen AI Imagining Workshop is to provide clients planning to move forward with their Gen AI program a solid understanding of how to do this and to select their best initial Gen AI application.
The workshop entails two one-hour sessions. In the first one, our Gen AI consultants meet with key representatives from one or more functional departments from your organization. We start with your review of key goals, objectives, issues and challenges, as well as any initial thoughts you may have regarding automation.
G360 then explains how Gen AI works, the data and infrastructure needed to support it, and key governance and maintenance tasks.
Based on the organizational information you have provided, G360 may provide a demo of a relevant Gen AI application to stimulate thinking. We then discuss any of your current ideas for improvement through automation and invite you to consider potential applications in preparation for our second meeting.
The second session focuses on selecting the best initial Gen AI application. You will come armed with several ideas you may have discussed since our first meeting and in turn we will propose relevant ideas based on knowledge we’ve gained about your specific challenges from our first meeting.
At the conclusion of this meeting, we select the best initial pilot and list the information G360 requires to return with estimates of the effort involved to develop and implement the Gen AI pilot.
Contact us to discuss further how we can help launch your Gen AI program.
Generative AI Pilot
Many G360 clients have a variety of ideas for their initial Generative AI (Gen AI) pilot. We help them to evaluate their candidate Gen AI apps and to select the best one to start with. We analyze the potential projects based on the relative effort and complexity on the one hand, along with the potential value on the other.
Once the best first project is selected, we help define the requirements and functional and technical specs, the data sources to be used initially (this will be expanded in future enhancements to the app), the AI platform to be deployed and then move to development.
We build the pilot app following an agile development process, building with a minimum viable product (MVP) approach so functionality can be released quickly and user feedback can be gathered to guide further development.
The initial release is often done in a very controlled environment with a modest user base to prove the value of the app and to gather user comments for enhancement.
G360 works with our clients through the development phases and through initial deployment, helping client technical staff and users to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing maintenance.
We also provide a full range of managed services to support the application on an ongoing basis if desired. This includes application support, future Gen AI app development, consulting on data management, Gen AI governance, Cloud infrastructure support and consulting on additional business automation opportunities.
